Congressman Mike Pence released the following video, urging all Americans to rise up and let their voices be heard in regard to the Pelosi health care plan.
With all due respect to Congressman Pence, why doesn't he simply mention the following where PelosiCare is concerned?
Given that the federal Constitution is silent about public healthcare, the 10th Amendment automatically reserves government power to regulate and lay taxes for healthcare to the states, not the Oval Office and Congress.
In fact, if Pelosi were honest with herself about the federal government having no constitutional authority to regulate healthcare, given her oath to defend the Constitution she should know that she needs to do the following as required by Article V. Pelosi needs to rally Congress to propose an amendment to the Constitution which would authorize Congress to regulate healthcare. Then three quarters of the states would have to ratify the amendment if the states chose to do so; the states can choose not to ratify such an amendment.
The bottom line is that Pelosi's federal healthcare is just another example of the corrupt, Constitution-ignoring, Democratic-controlled Congress wrongly usurping state powers.
You must stop this for we voted you in to defend us and the constition and we are falling fast. We the People have spoke out, over and over. We are slapped down and walked on. this is not who we voted for. this Bill will cause such a war that it truely scares me. Pelosi's federal healthcare will kill me and millions of others. you could of stopped congress. tell the truth to the people, get to the streets like we do, spread the filithy lies that are hiden in the HC Bill. Dems have torn apart our constition and we don't see the Rep. defending it.
