HEALTH CARE MANDATE UNCONSTITUTIONAL? OBAMA PROPAGANDIST ROBERT GIBBS DOESN'T KNOW WHETHER WHITE HOUSE HAS REVIEWED

For the second time in two weeks, Obama's Minister of Propaganda, Robert Gibbs, was asked about the Constitutionality of the Democrat proposal to force American citizens to buy a specific product, health insurance. As would be expected from the Marxist Obama administration, Gibbs dismissed the validity of the question.

Gibbs was asked by a reporter on Monday: “Have White House lawyers looked at this issue? Has this been examined in any way?”

Gibbs responded: “Not that I know of. I don’t think it has gotten to the point where anybody questions the legitimacy of it.”

The reporter followed up: “Well, Orrin Hatch questions the legitimacy of it.” Gibbs quipped, “Well, you should ask him.” (See Hatch video below. Page down to see Gibbs video)

The reporter asked, “Do you not feel there is any concern at all about whether it is constitutional for Congress to impose a mandate?”

“No,” Gibbs said.

When asked where in the Constitution it authorizes Congress to order Americans to buy health insurance, Nancy Pelosi exposed her utter disregard for the Constitution by responding, "Are you serious?" (audio below):
